At the conclusion of our April 19th Souper Bowl of Soups Cook-Off fundraising event held at Schaumburg's Wintrust Field, Schaumburg A.M. Rotarian Tom Cunningham (at left in the photo above) announced our first place winner and runners up along with the soups that they donated  -

Event proceeds will be used to address neighborhood hunger and food insecurity by supporting the Schaumburg Township Food Pantry and the District 54 Education Foundation's Food 4 Thought breakfast program, in addition to other areas of need as determined by the Schaumburg A.M. Rotary Club Foundation.
 
The restaurants providing the top three soups each received a recognition plaque from the Schaumburg A.M. Rotary Club Foundation that we hope will be proudly displayed in their respective places of business. 
 
Seafeast Sushi, our 2023 Soup Cook-Off Champion, will have their restaurant name engraved on the Soup Cook-Off First Place traveling trophy that will remain in their possession until our 2024 soup cook-off fundraiser.  This restaurant, located in Schaumburg's Town Square at the intersection of Schaumburg and Roselle Roads, celebrated their grand opening in early February.
