Today Schaumburg A.M. Rotarians and grant recipients representing nine different non-profit organizations gathered at Chandler's in Schaumburg for the club's annual Community Grant Awards Breakfast, a morning dedicated to recognizing and supporting organizations making a difference in the greater Schaumburg & Hoffman Estates area and beyond.
Our club foundation awarded a total of $16,755 to local organizations that address a wide variety of community needs including food insecurity, youth skills & leadership development, domestic violence & child abuse, those affected by Alzheimer's disease, and assistance & mentoring for low-income families.
