Description: When she was just 15 years old, Courtney McGovern co-founded the nonprofit organization, Hope's In NFP. Now, McGovern has graduated from New York University with a degree in Nonprofit Organization Management and a Minor in Spanish and works full time for Hope's In NFP. The organization's mission is to empower families living in Guatemala City as well as develop the next generation of humanitarian leaders. Through building homes, running medical clinics and leading over 300 local people to Guatemala, Hope's In NFP continues to sharpen and strategize their plan for the future.
